Compliance & Credentials
Compliance Is the Product
Freight moves on trust, and trust moves on documentation. This operation is built compliance-first: credentialed driver, documented files, inspection-ready equipment, and clean paperwork on every load.
Credentials
Driver credentialing includes Class A CDL, Hazmat endorsement, and TWIC credentialing. Shipment eligibility is verified by commodity type, authority, permits, insurance, facility requirements, and broker requirements during onboarding. Sensitive credential numbers are not published publicly.
Authority & Insurance
USDOT 4382206. MC authority pending assignment. Authority and insurance documentation are verified during onboarding.
What Verification Looks Like in Practice
- Certificate of insurance issued directly to your onboarding team on request
- Authority documentation provided during carrier setup
- W-9 and banking / factoring details delivered in the carrier packet
- Driver qualification files maintained current per FMCSA Part 391
- Hours-of-service compliance on every dispatch
- Pre-trip / post-trip inspection discipline; equipment kept inspection-ready
Why Numbers Aren't Published Here
Credential and policy numbers are shared with verified onboarding teams during setup — not posted publicly where they can be spoofed. If you've seen this company's identifiers used anywhere else, contact operations directly.
